Rightly so -- a couple of quid isn't bad, but charging £25 is incredibly steep. When Blu-ray was a brand-new format, I never paid more than £17.99 for a brand-new BD.

Very true Nos. They were charging £28 for the Battle Royale blu

HMV had a copy of HARDWARE and were charging £30 for it! So I got it from e-bay for £6.99.

Anyhoo, fook HMV! Think I'll watch Witchfinder General later tonight.

Watched Class of Nuke 'em High last night. Never seen the film before and I enjoyed it a lot - it's a mess but an enjoyable mess none-the-less . I've been catching a few Troma films for the first time recently and for the most part, they've been pretty good. The blu ray isn't exactly going to knock anyone's socks off but having never seen the film before, I can't comment on how much of an improvement it is over the DVD.

My Taxi Driver blu arrived today as well in a nice gold-embossed slipcase. Going to give it a spin tonight I think.

The three-disc Apocalypse Now. Stunning. Haven't watched the Redux edit, but I have watched the magnificent Hearts Of Darkness: A Filmmakers Apocalypse. Just for that, the Blu-Ray is worth the upgrade.
