Cult Labs - What Have You Bought Recently?

I thought Salt looked terrific with a superb AVC 1080p picture. Resident Evil: Afterlife also looked extremely good and they both have excellent soundtracks. I haven't seen Land of the Dead in HD, so can't comment.

I thought Salt was reasonably entertaining, if not a wholly successful spy movie. Resident Evil: Afterlife on the other hand, was complete nonsense from start to finish!

trailer for salt put me off
not a fan of jolie at all and it looked very cheesy.
if I ever get lovefilm trial i might decide to check it out
