Must remember to buy Devil Times Five next week myself. The PD version is just not good enough!

box set with 2 "DOUBLE DVD COLLECTION" discs inside.

Children & Howling 3

The Unseen* & I've been watching you.

* What I bought it for. At least The Unseen is the main image on the DVD cover. Small mercies :D

So what is the picture quality like on the Prism Leisure DVD release of The Unseen? Does it have an anamorphic transfer?

Just picked up Argento's Phantom of the Opera (Italian dvd) from local shop near my hotel. Never seen it, but hoping it is at least half decent.

Bless my dear old mum! She just bought me the Blu of The Coens' True Grit...

...granted she is keen to see it herself, but still!

Our local cash in a dash (basically cash converters under a diferent name.) had a ton of blus at four quid each.

Got Pandorum (decent enough sci-fi horror,)
No country for old men (genius movie)

and finally monty pythons life of brian.

Now I was expecting good things from the first two and i got em' but life of brian was much better than I could have hoped.

Double billed it with the BFI Flipside disc Bed sitting room and its amazing how good low budget british comedies can look on the format.

Both come highly reccomended.

If you have a 'Clas Ohlson' dept store(it's a Swedish chain in the UK) near, check if it has a dvd sale section. Picked up these 2-disc sets in a 2 for £10 deal.(thought Ex Machina was a traditional anime, but it's a CGI, but it's by John Woo so might be cool)

Phantom of the Death sounds interesting. Especially the great cast is very tempting.

Slip of the tongue, I guess? If not, reserve one for me, too.

Greetings!

Phantom is excellent Prince.

Poor Bdc, only 2/3rds of your purchase was Code Red, they will be going out of business soon.

Nosferatu@Cult Labs 14th July 2011 06:03 PM

Just as I was saying yesterday how my copy of Devil Times Five was taking its time to arrive, it was delivered this morning!
