In case anyone is interested, the picture quality of the Smokey And The Bandit BD is quite extraordinary - utterly superb.

The DTS-HD soundtrack is amazing too, but possibly too amazing (!) as the stereo movement (I don't have a surround system) and newly overdubbed non-original sound FX are a bit distracting and "modern" sounding. This might just be unfamiliarity on my part though. Sadly there is no original mono option in English.

A superb disk, I recommend it highly.

My French CONAN boxset arrived today.Rather nifty it is too.
It contains two seperate BD cases.
Digipak-despiser Stephen will no doubt be glad to hear this!

I saw it at Amazon and, if you want to order it and this isn't too cheeky, could you use the affiliate link by the side of my review*?

Source Code Blu-ray Review

*This goes for all Amazon purchases and helps me with running costs.

Strange, it was there on Tuesday and Wednesday, but most have sold out. It was limited edition, but blimey, that was fast!
