It took me a long time to get them all... ;)

I look forward to seeing your pics of them shelved by number order. It will look very fantastic.

Which are the most impressive releases would you say, in terms of overall package.?

Perhaps we had better continue this on the Code Red thread.

Maybe you can already go over there and I'll follow in a minute. ;)

Guilty pleasure just because it's one of those films that you can keep watching over and over, even though you got a stack of unwatched and even unopened films that need to be put on instead.:) I haven't owned it since I got rid of my VHS tapes.

I've only seen it the once and it completely blew me away, not many films can make you laugh and cry within a few minutes of each other. I'll have to get it on BD when I can eventually spare the cash to make another purchase.

All very good films in my opinion. Just ignore the fact Hannibal Rising is supposed to be about Lecter.

Recently bought THE EGYPTIAN on blu ray... Released in the US by TWILIGHT TIME. Its a classic hollywood epic from 1954, similar to THE ROBE and one of the first movies to use cinemascope. It was a limited edit release of 3000 and I picked up a copy for 28 quid on amazon marketplace (sold by Midnight Movies' own 'screen archives entertainment')

I've just had the shipping confirmation e-mail from Planet Axel to say The Bad Seed is on its way. It's been a while since I watched it on DVD, so will probably hold off watching it again until the BD arrives.
