Yeah, I just wasn't as impressed with mean girls as some, its decent enough but as teen movies go its not in the same league as John Hughes stuff, or even Bob clarks porkies.

Pretty in pink walks all over mean girls, as does breakfast club, ferris beuller...

As does Heathers lol. I agree, I thought it was OK enough. Apparently there is a Lohan-less dtv sequel which looks kack.

The whole 'comparative behaviour with the animal kingdom' thing in mean girls was far too overused, it wasn't really that origional, but the writer and director seemed to think it was genius so they sledgehammered the audience with it.

Again, not a bad movie, just overrated.

Back to topic, I got the pre-order bug after seeing this.....

Must have missed the thread on here publicising this bad boy! I already own the nouvoux releases of this and amsterdamnned but an upgrade is more than likely. Just hope Argent let me sell my old copies to fund them.

I have to say, that was probably one of the only bad things about the movie, and generally any bit related to her previously being in Africa.
