Probably Hammer's grimmest film.

Have you seen it before Trebor?

Its one of my top ten Gothic films.

My last haul before Christmas. The Criterions were from the B&N 50% off sale, and thankfully I didn't get stung by customs. I really couldn't hold off on House any longer, I was hoping Eureka would upgrade their release. Didn't expect my Arrow stuff to arrive before Christmas, mail has been really slow here for the past week or so. It's great they finally added some Academy stuff to their sale. I hope the TV Terrors set does very well for SF, as they've said future made for TV genre output from them would be dependent on sales. Don't Open Till Christmas shall be my Christmas Eve movie this year.

Bring on the Boxing Day sales.

A couple of arrivals today. Vendetta, starring Danny Dyer, and Twilight Time's Golden Voyage Of Sinbad. Unfortunately, the Sinbad sleeve is riipped on the spine. First time not getting one of their releases in perfect condition. A little pissed off tbh, especially with it costing £26.

Waits for all the inevitable Danny Dyer bashing that always comes along whenever I post something about him.

Tbh, I see zero difference between Dyer and Ray Winstone. Exactly the same acting styles, so it must be that a lot of people just don't like him as a person.
