Was in Poundland and picked up that Charlie Chan Chantology set after having seen it on here. Is it like a kind of Chinese Columbo type of thing?

My local British Heart Foundation shop also had Crime Story season 1 for two quid which I toyed over. Has anyone seen it, and is it any good? I'll maybe nick back by and get it tomorrow.
