Have you seen the original Jekyll film before? It's excellent but the Spencer Tracy version is a bit shite in my opinion.
keirarts and Dave Boy like this.

Spent 5 pounds on George Romero's Diary of the Dead and Survival of the Dead secondhand blu-rays.

Yeah...I know that they're not that great but I wanted to complete my Romero zombie section. My wife said that she'd watch these films with me which is pretty cool (some films that I buy, I have to watch alone). She really likes the original trilogy and doesn't at all mind the pretty entertaining Land sequel.

Will be interesting to hear her opinion on Romero's last two films. I suspect that she'll be much more favourable towards Diary. btw In further defence of my wife - she didn't hit the roof when I spent around 130 pounds on an authenticated Romero and Savini signed Creepshow poster (and we are far from rich!).

Talk about posters
Well I hope you bought her some flowers or something as a appreciation for her not complaining

Bought a large extremely rare Tcm original cinema poster, signed by all the cast and director with some lobby cards of the film.
Cost me £250 bloody worth it tho.

Two from eBay. Thought I'd grab blood harvest while it's still a fair price (£14.99) and sleep curse has Anthony Wong reteaming with the director of untold story.

That's a very good price if it turns out to be a limited edition release because of a rights complication/misunderstanding.

It may be a bootleg. Not unheard of on eBay. Thought I'd gamble as it could disappear into rights hell based on what I've been reading.

Entirely possible, so even a bootleg would be a good way of watching the film. As I wrote a week or so ago, I thought it was suitably nasty at times and benefited from the tonal changes and general sense of weirdness, so hope you like it.
