Where did you get Blood and Roses from Dave?

It's a film i've wanted to see for years but wasn't paying the silly money for the OOP Mondo Macabro version.

From Amazon UK. It was the last copy. It was still £25 though.
This is supposed to be the best release out there. In widescreen as well which at one time was thought lost. Has the original French audio with English subs.
Still available from Amazon sellers and ebay but the price is always around £25.

I have never seen it either. Wanted to see it for years after seeing this image in a book.
I just read another review of the film in a magazine which spurred me on to seek it out.

Charity Shop

Just Like A Woman - DVD - I saw this at the cinema, back in 1992 when it was first released. It was released on DVD sometime in the 00's, but I have only seen one copy of it, and that was in the Brighton HMV shop about 10 years ago. I didn't get it at the time because I couldn't afford it, and I have been kicking myself ever since.

It has now been long deleted, and goes for stupid money on Amazon UK (current price £49.99 used, or £219.15 new). This afternoon, I saw it in the Cancer Research shop in Purley for 30p, so I gave them £5 for it

Hopefully it plays fine. I doubt they'll refund you a fiver on a faulty product you should have paid 30p for.

I meant to add - Nice one that you found a film you've always wanted, Susan.

It's difficult to explain why but it just gives you a damn good feeling.
