I was quite restrained to be honest, just ordered Irma la Douce and The White Reindeer, both of which I was going to get anyway!

You'll probably wish you were blind after you've watched it!

Agreed, the first one is piss poor and the sequel is even worse.

Turns out I was 100% corect. The complete run of Warren Comics' "Eerie", complete withe beautiful cover art, for less than £7! Talk about nostalgia, I had to look over my shoulder to make sure that Mrs Ramzan, my old French teacher, wasn't coming to confiscate my comic!
I now have the companion discs, the complete run of "Creepy". Ah! Bathing in the rosy glow of nostalgia (tinged with the fear of that soprano orang utan, Mrs. Ramzan)

I really didn't believe that I would remember them so well as I was 12-14 when I used to read "Creepy and "Eerie" but I can recall almost every brushstroke of some of the fabulous Frank Frazetta covers and each frame of the great adaptation of Poe's "The Tell-Tale Heart".

Have a butcher's at this intro page:

Might have to be "Vampirella" next!

Winging it's way to my humble cave is this fine fellah:

He'll be right at home with "Captain America", "Wolverine", "Storm", and, oddly, "King Giddorah"!
