I have no complaints about WowHD / All Your Music.

Then again, despite the many things i've bought from them over the years i've never actually pre-ordered anything.

Bought, ordered and pre-ordered four 4K UHDs:

Bought the first Kingsman movie (for a fiver!) from Cex.
Ordered Groundhog Day from Zavvi and Zombieland from Zoom.
In the same order, I also pre-ordered Zombieland: Double Tap from Zoom.

btw Got 10% off the internet orders by using a SPAWN10 discount code at Zavvi and the SIGNUP10 discount code at Zoom. The Zoom one requires a new email address (it's for first time users of the site) so I used my wife's email.

Groundhog Day and obviously Kingsman were good prices. The Zombieland films were quite a bit more pricey but I do love that first film (my wife and I have not yet seen the Double Tap sequel).

Not sure that I want to see this new Joker film. I keep reading that it has an impressive and convincing portrayal of mental illness. But as someone who has been sectioned a few times due to schizophrenia, and then locked up with other folks who also have mental health issues, that's really the last thing I want to see when I watch a movie. I personally watch my films to cheer myself up and have a temporary escape from reality, and I don't fancy being reminded of the dark times in life! lol

Ordered The Beyond & Edge of the Axe from shamazon.
Since hmv are now charging £15.99 for arrow & no 2 for 25, what's the point of buying from them?

And a bottle of monkey shoulder whiskey

Why spend forty quid on something you'll sell a day after you've watched it?

Charity shop has a 'five for a pound' deal on, so I got:
  • Robin Hood: Prince Of Thieves - Two disc, special edition, extended version
  • Judas Priest: Epitaph
  • Rammstein: In Amerika - Two disc - A band I have heard of, but know very little about
  • Live Aid - Four disc - I got a copy of this about 15 years ago, but it was from a dodgy pressing, with no sound on the fourth disc documentary, so I am hoping this plays better
  • Mrs Brown's Boys: The Original Series - Seven disc - Don't look at me like that! I got it for the father-in-law, who is a big fan

In the next charity shop, I got a copy of 'The Complete Friends: Season 1-10' - 30 discs - £3.50 - for the mother-in-law who loves the show (and hates Mrs. Brown's Boys!)
