I've never seen Tightrope it was the one Clint film that always eluded me, i don't remember it being on TV.

I just got it delivered yesterday as i've always wanted to see it.

My parents split up when i was 10, when i used to visit my mum at weekends she'd let me choose 2 videos to watch from the local shop.
This was 1984, i used to get out all sorts of schlock as i was always big into horror.

The amount of cheesy horror films i subjected my mum to.

Great days and i think the reason why i collect films.
Some of my happiest times were just spent looking through the video's trying to decide my next film fix.

I think some of us put certain family members through cheesy 80s films, my older sis used to babysit me at weekends when our folks were out partying, i remember renting Witchtrap with her and my eyes getting covered when Linnea Quigley disrobed.

I got my love of Horror from my father he always had horror films he rented hidden and i would sneak them out and watch them when he was in work before he returned them. Its crazy because he can't handle horror films now hes gone soft in his old age

I always remember a story my mother would tell me that she would go to bed and he would stay up and watch horror films but of a priest or nun was in a horror he would be in bed a few minutes after her he had a fear of the clergy

Ordered a couple of 'popcorn' films on 4K UHD format.

The Mummy and The Mummy Returns for 20 pounds from Zoom's weekend deals. They're no Deep Rising but they're still enjoyable.

My parents used to love these films and also my wife is fascinated with Egypt. Am giving the third movie a miss as I once tried watching it on dvd and I thought it was terrible!
