A couple of Easter gifts (Instead of eggs) from family. Fantastic!

The Dalek Combat Training Manual is a beautifully presented hardback book and the Orson Welles Great Mysteries was an excellent anthology horror series.

This week's new arrivals. StudioCanal films were on offer on Amazon last week so i ordered these three. They've gone back to normal price now.

Personally i didn't like it at all. Compared to the original it was really poor.

I first saw And Soon the Darkness, I hadn't seen the original and, judging it on its own merits, I thought it was pretty good.

I subsequently watched Robert Fuest's film which I thought was better, though not such a great film I would never watch Marcos Efron's remake/reimagining again – I own both.
