It’s ok it’s not as bad as people make out, nowhere as good as first one but got to bear in mind it was his son that finished it off and took it in a slight different direction than intended, because original director died just as they started filming the 2nd one.

I was quite surprised by how much different the framing is on the TV version compared to the theatrical cut. There's a LOT more information in the TV cut. Obviously the Theatrical cut is Heckerling's preferred ratio but it looks really cramped to my eye.

It's probably an open matte. I'll watch the TV version in a few weeks time, it has some different takes, a couple of extended bits to pad the running time and probably dubbed over bad language!

Did you watch the Theatrical version yet? The sex scene in the pool house shows the original framing, they had to zoom in slightly to avoid any male nudity, this remaster is the first time it's been framed in full and is therefore the only 'uncut' version of the movie released so far.

I'll order it from 101 themselves a bit nearer the time.

I'll be doing the same, you pay in advance with 101 so I'll buy it closer to the release date. I prefer to buy direct to support the companies (in most cases).

I'm looking forward to buying it and shelving it until October
