I was only talking about Copland today with my mate after i picked up the Stallone collection. Im still amazed at the amount of people that have not seen Copland. Stallone was fantastic in it.

Was looking at what to watch at the pics this week and decided to see reviews on RoboCop on imdbamd while I did ,I noticed it was a TV series I wasn't aware of that ,anyone seen it and was it any good .?

Mystic River is excellent. My sister didn't like it!!! Why?... Because she didn't get to see or find out what happened to the boy at the start : (isn't that whst your imagination is for?)

I remember Copland being very average. Can't remember anything about it except something to do with a pub.

Yes, I really enjoyed it.

It's a slow-burn character driven piece with the emphasis on mood and emotion. The soundtrack and cinematography are also really good and compliment the overall tone of the film very well.

Been a few years since I've seen it. I'm assuming you mean the actual TV series and not the four parter mini-series? From what I remember it wasn't that good, it tried to be as satirical as the films but really just came off as the same thing each episode, he did get a holographic 'partner' in the form of Andrea Roth and it did fall foul of having a 'cute' kid in the series.
