Most Dangerous Films Ever Made!
Hi everyone, Over the course of movie history, a countless number of animals have been injured and killed for the camera. Whether it was purposefully (Cannibal Holocaust) or 'accidentatly' (Ben Hur), but what about us humans? I've recently come across the insane film from the 80's called Roar - anyone seen it? - which has been named the most dangerous movie (to make) of all time. Over 70 people of the cast and crew were injured whilst filming this film with tonnes of big cats. Just check out the trailer - it's crazy! So, what are some other films that you know off with a dangerous and even lethal history? Not for animals, but humans? Now, I'm not talking about the likes of Traces/ Faces Of Death which used footage elsewhere for the film. Nope, I'm talking about films where the cast and crew put their lives at risk to make the movie. Perhaps someone tragically died or was injured making the movie (most famously with The Crow). What others do you know?

There will be more, but the film that jumped right into my head on reading this was the Abyss. From what its been said James Cameron was a complete scumbag during filming. The most famous was the scene where Ed Harris's character had to swim under water for an incredible distance without any breathing apparatus and almost die. He made Ed Harris swim underwater for an incredible distance with no breathing apparatus and almost die just for authenticity of the scene. Quote:
