Oh and leaving out The Fiend is a crime in itself.
The Creeping Flesh = 64 (so close!)
Death Line = 67 (Yep, need to add it)
Symptoms = (Haven't seen it yet! )
Horrors of the Black Museum = 56
Doomwatch = 61 (planning on buying this and re-appraising it though)
The Mutations = 58

I still haven't seen The Fiend.

You really need to buy it, The Fiend that is. It's a bit of a no brainer. It's so up your street it lives next door to you.

I'm pretty sure i never noticed The Uninvited or Revenge either?

It's always so expensive though - especially for a DVD. I added it to my Love Film list a fair while ago but no joy this far.

The Uninvited? The 1944 film? If you mean that one then it's a US production.

As for Revenge it's one I've yet to see - I'm very much looking forward to Network's release.

I'm an idiot. Of course it is.

Nothing But the Night is a fine film as is Fear in the Night. You might have forgotten those two.

Anyway i'm not here to have a go at your list because it's a bloody brilliant list anyway.

Nothing But the Night = 62
Fear in the Night = 60

I'm not taking it as 'having a go' at all - I actually mainly stuck the list up hoping you (and others) would critique it (rip it to pieces ) as I wanted to see if there was anything I'd missed and/or hadn't seen that begged immediate attention. I'm always on the hunt for new and interesting stuff to watch.

Plus, I feel we've embraced Nordy's new topic and got the discussion off to a flying start!

Tough topic!

Some blatantly obvious ones. Don't judge me on Funnyman, I genuinely like the film...

@keirarts.

I've seen Funnyman once on vhs. I've got to be honest and say it'd be lucky to make a top 1000 list of British horror films.

Although your love for it does make me wonder if i missed something all those years ago.

There are a hell of a lot of good British horror's from this century. I'm not suggesting any are good enough to make a top 10 but perhaps if the list were expanded consideration could be given to....

The Children (2008)
The Seasoning House (2012)
The Devil's Business (2011)
Inbred (2011)
The Cottage (2008)
Severance (2006)
Wake Wood (2009)
Doghouse (2009)
We Need to Talk About Kevin (2011)
Let Me In (2010)
Deathwatch (2002)
Creep (2004)
Attack the Block (2011)
Doomsday (2008)
Don't Let Him In (2011)
The Dead (2010) - I had no idea this was British.
Isolation (2005)
Mum & Dad (2008)
Book of Blood (2009)
F (2010)
Outcast (2010)
A Lonely Place to Die (2011)
Cockneys vs Zombies (2012)
Tower Block (2012)
The Woman in Black (2012)

That's in addition to the ones B_E already had listed.

An Interesting top 10.

I was expecting Theatre of Blood and at least one Phibes film to be in your list Inspector.
