I gave up trying to create a top 10 list of my favourite 'creepy kid' films, so you'll have to make do with my top 20:

The Exorcist – possessed Regan
The Omen – Damien
The Children – the children
Ils (Them)
Let the Right One In – Eli, though Oskar has his moments
The Other – Holland (or is it Miles?)
Burial Ground – Michael
The Bad Seed – Rhoda
Children of the Corn – Isaac
Village of the Damned – the children, but especially David
The Babadook – Samuel
The Innocents – Both Miles and Flora are creepy, but Miles is definitely creepier than his sister
The Nanny – Joey
Ring – Sadako
Ju-On: The Grudge – Toshio
The Shining – the Twins
Orphan – Esther, but I won't elaborate on why to avoid spoilers
The Sixth Sense – Cole even though it isn't his fault that seeing ghosts makes him creepy
Rosemary's Baby – the baby!
The House by the Cemetery – Mae, not Bob

I've said this plenty of times, but I'll say it again. I never found Samuel annoying, but there is something about Noel Weisman's appearance with his large eyes and sunken cheeks, and Samuel's obsession with magic and home defence which makes him a bit creepy.
keirarts, nosferatu42 and Deadite like this.

See I want to believe you. I so want it to be a good movie and I've through it numerous times in order to try and find what it is that so many others see. But I can't. It's pants.

just think without the first film you would not have the Howling 2, just one word TIT's.
