Possibly, but then it could also include things like extended television episodes, such as the pilot and opening episode of season 2 of 'Twin Peaks', both of which have a run time of 90 mins instead of the usual 45, or 'Welcome To The Hellmouth'/'The Harvest' from Buffy which again are 90 mins and often played together

Lists are usually open to interpretation, so some will include feature films and others might include things such as the ones you mentioned.

Part of the beauty of this is that it is (to a certain extent) controlled by those who provide lists and I like a diverse range of content because it introduces me to things I hadn't considered or previously seen. As long as you're sticking to the category title and any criteria laid out below, you are free to do as you wish.

But surely a film that was not theatrically released is different to an extended television episode.

You've said so in the wording. One is a film that wasn't theatrically released the other is an extended tv episode.

Stop being awkward.

These are described as being 'feature length' episodes

They are still episodes from a TV show, just like the feature length pilot for Vinyl. As such, because they are episodes from the TV show, they shouldn't be included in the category, for which the operative word is 'Films'.
