Look D, tbh with FF stuff ... you either 'buy' the initial premise or you don't. I just dug this more than Banshee Chapter (which had all the hallmarks of a good one, but falters towards the end imho). Take from that what you will.

Cheapish? Tis worth a punt then imho.
