From the plot description on Wikibollocks.

"Mary Henry is riding in a car with two other young women when some men challenge them to a drag race. As they speed across a bridge, the women's car plunges over the side into the river. The police spend three hours dragging the murky, fast-running water without success. Mary miraculously surfaces, but she cannot remember how she survived."

Sounds like Amnesia to me.

When I put 'memory loss' as the topic, I didn't anticipate films which included memory loss and/or reminiscing due to loss of life and complete cognitive function, so (all IMHO) films like Carnival of Souls, Jacob's Ladder, Sunset Boulevard and The Sixth Sense do not meet the criteria.
