It's the only one I have seen, so bought the DVD with the first two films; perhaps I should have bought the fourth one as well.

Cannibal Terror is utter hogwash. Do you seriously think it's a better cannibal film than The Silence of the Lambs, Ravenous, Deranged or TCM?

I havent seen Ravenous, Deranged, Silence of the lambs i thought that was more focussed on Buffalo Bill than Hannibal Lector
