I gave Tragic Ceremony a rewatch last night and came to the same conclusion as you say about The Other. It's good with some cool gore FX and a wacky ending but there are ten better films from 1972.

Your number one horror from 1972 but not worth keeping hold of on blu-ray eh?

I've seen films like The Fiend listed as 1972.

Sorry but that was definitely a 1971 production.

That's the problem with Google. It's too American and doesn't take into account British release dates.

When was it made?

It's listed in Ten Years of Terror as 1972. So i'm going along with messrs Fenton, Newman, Thrower and all at FAB Press on this one.

Hell, I could make a film and not release it for 10 years. It's date of original release or nothing for me!

I blame the TTT moderator who left this weeks subject so ambiguous.
