Best Bond song ever!
Great list, Demdike. These included some which are on my long list and others which I hadn't considered, but which are now on my list! I'd completely forgotten about 'Dream Warriors', 'He's Back (The Man behind the Mask), and 'Knockin' on Heaven's Door' being film themes, written specifically for those movies.

I completely agree about Chris Cornell's 'You Know My Name' being the best Bond song. It's a brilliant piece of music in its own right, but the idea of James Bond being a secret agent and yet world famous is rarely, if ever, acknowledged in the films so for a film to do it in the opening credits before a spectacular action sequence was an audacious and memorable way of introducing a new James Bond.

According to Cornell at the time i think he said there was no way of working the words Casino Royale into a chorus or indeed a song so they did something entirely different.

In a way it's the same with All Time High which doesn't mention Octopussy at all.

Neither are film titles which would make life easy for songwriters!

'You Know My Name' is also probably similar to the theme from Spectre, which isn't the most poetic of titles for song lyrics – it's certainly no 'Goldfinger' or 'Live and Let Die' – which makes 'Writing's on the Wall', something much more melancholy and introspective than previous Bond songs, distinctive because of its lyrics and orchestration.
