Would star wars a new hope count as a road movie as the charcters are making a journey to deliver the plans.

Don't know about you but i always think of road movies as being on, well, roads.

I don't consider Red Eye, Snowpiercer or Snakes on a Plane to be road movies, nor The Lady Vanishes.
