Thanks to everyone who contributed the list of their favourite films with twist/trick endings. Sorry about my tardiness in posting this week's topic, but I've been really busy all day.

The subjects for the films in the topic for this week can be real or fictional inventors and, if you like, can include documentaries about real people.

Great list.

Strangely, I didn't think of A Dangerous Method when making my (as yet unfinished) long list, but considering that Sigmund Freud is considered the 'father' or inventor of psychoanalysis, and Carl Jung as the inventor of analytical psychology, then it makes perfect sense and a great call.

In a way this list could be filled with Frankenstein or mad scientist movies.

Deciding not to go that route i thought one Frankenstein film (my fave) and one other, in this case Dr. Jekyll and Sister Hyde, was enough.
