This is my second list of the week, specifically one which would elicit fear or extreme discomfort in those suffering from the mentioned phobia:

Open Water (galeophobia and athazagoraphobia – fear of sharks and been forgotten or ignored, respectively)
Spoorloos (I won't say so not to spoil it)
Buried (taphephobia – fear of being buried alive)
Killer Klowns from Outer Space (coulrophobia – fear of clowns)
United 93 (aviophobia – fear of flying/air travel)
Raiders of the Lost Ark (ophidiophobia – fear of snakes)
Jaws (galeophobia – fear of sharks)
Man on Wire (acrophobia – fear of heights)
Best in Show (cynophobia – fear of dogs)
The Descent (claustrophobia and achluophobia – fear of small or confined spaces, and the dark, respectively)
