Zombie Films

This is a loose term and can include films that are classified as zombie movies even if the ‘zombies’ are the result of an infection and not a Haitian voodoo ritual. If you'd like to do separate lists, one for 'infected flesh eaters' and another for the more standard definition of zombies, then feel free!

It's been a while since we did zombie films but i don't think any new ones have entered my top 10. Having said that i'll do a new top 10 rather than cutting and pasting the earlier one.

To tell the truth, i'm a bit off conventional zombie films at the moment.

Could you post your first zombie films top 10 and then do a second one, possibly an unconventional zombie/infected list as well? It would make for interesting reading and give everyone, myself included, some good ideas because I don't want to a list where half the movies are Romero films!

To stop it being too difficult, I might cheat and have two separate lists, one from the 20th century and one from the 21st century. If that's an idea which others like, I could change this week's category to 20th century zombie/infected films, leading to the 21st century in another week.
