It's very ambitious but the budget means it's sadly lacking.
I've never heard of him or those other films, so I have no frame of reference unfortunately!

Thanks for the info all the same though.

Interesting. You 'liked' this post of mine. What Films Have You Seen Recently?

Hell Bride was promoted on here as part of the Brain Damage selection in the early days.

I 'like' lots of posts - it doesn't mean I can remember them all!

Even more so when it comes down to remembering individual film titles and/or directors. I tend to make a note of films that pique my interest on my watch-list nowadays, although that in itself has become an unmanageable sprawling beast.

I've still yet to see any of those Brain Damage titles.

What's stopping you?

It's only been about 6 years.

Lack of enthusiasm for potentially dire films.

They were a mere £2.99 when they initially came out. It was like paying for an individual film from one of Pendulum Pictures 50 movie box sets.

I obviously have one of those - Decrepit Crypt of Horrors - and there's some good stuff in a low budget creaky way but there's also a lot of shite.

The film i attempted to review yesterday was from that set.
