James Stewart, Grace Kelly and Alfred Hitchcock on the set of 'Rear Window' (1954)

Can't make out if it is a full size set, or a forced perspective miniature

At the time it was the biggest set ever constructed by Paramount. It was full size. There's a doc on the dvd i have which discusses it. I remember it because they talked about the drainage system they had to build for it so the water could escape following the rain scenes.

It fascinated me when i watched that they would go to such lengths.
