End credits played over a freeze frame rather than black screen. This is something I find unbearable in movies

Pointless narration is another . . .

Dead fast editing where you can't see what's going on, e.g. Quantum of Solace.

Adio Zio Tom

This takes some beating on so many levels, not only the content but the inevitable questions regarding how it was made, collaboration with a repressive regime etc. Still think it's incredible along with everything else Jacopetti & Prosperi made together.

Oh yeah the end of Emanuelle in America too...totally unbearable in my book, certainly don't need to see that again....well executed though (unlike this pun) especially how D'amato used a couple of different film stocks and scratched and scrunched them to achieve the effect ie. completely gross

John Williams' awful music.
Matt Damon's face.
The child who dubbed Giovanni Frezza's performances.
Tacked on "happy" endings (test screenings are the devils work).
Lazily "ramped up" versions of old films. Read a book Hollywood!!

The trend for "extreme" horror has certainly been done to death.....I'l watch them, but as with say, Nutbag, I have scarier records haha, so it all boils down to perception yet again....one of the folk who work at the charity shop I'm at said "have you seen this Human Centipede?"
After establishing that he meant the second film (civillians!!), I then proceeded to make his jaw drop by telling him that i'd seen a far stronger version, and that I had "stuff in the house that made THCII look like a Disney film". God, I was bored that day haha.

Now I'm off to polish my script for Two Girls, One Cheesegrater.

I would have completely missed the ending of Emanuelle in America, had I not been woken up by my own snoring...
