We're just waiting on the Mabuse steelbook artwork. There's also a steelbook of Moroder's 1984 version of Metropolis coming (artwork here) but its DVD only.
Love the cover art on both Steelbooks and hopefully the Mabuse one will either stick really closely to the artwork we know and love or go of something radically different but visually striking.

I'm far from keen on them and, as much as I like Steelbooks, I'm going to save some cash and pass on double dipping.

Yeah, the steelbook cover's really lazy too and I don't get why The Dark Knight comes above Batman Begins with it being the 2nd film in the franchise. There'll be a trilogy set out towards of the year anyway I suspect.

I may be in the minority here but I am very excited about Rumble Fish on Blu-Ray. Mickey Rourke's rhythmic portrayal of the flawed character "The Motorcycle Boy" is a highlight of his career. Speaking of which, I wish someone would release a Barfly BD loaded with special features.

I agree with you there. I have the old 2-disc SE of Rumble Fish and am very pleased that it is getting the MOC treatment.

Rumble Fish is a day one purchase for me. Haven't seen it in years though. Love the artwork so much, I may get both the standard releases AND the steelbook.
