Was about to say the same thing. Macbeth is great actually; really moody, cynical and angry. It's commonly assumed to be his filmic reaction to Sharon Tate's murder. It takes slight liberties with the text too, giving it an even more cynical edge.

I've not seen Pirates either - it's the only Polanski I haven't - but apparently it's rather good. There was a French blu that seemed to go OOP quite quickly; I remember seeing it in a Paris shop for 30 euro or so, but wasn't that desperate to see it!

I should add that the BFI Twitter feed is my source, although I can't post a link to it as I've made less than 15 posts. It will first be rereleased in cinemas this Halloween.
