Paul -- check out Wacko (aka La Luz de Jesus) while you're in LA/Hollywood. Great store with some far out goodies!

It's not my favourite Clint Eastwood western, but those mediabooks are pretty hard to resist!

Bought these off amazon not long back, turned up yesterday.

student bodies.jpg

Stopped my marathon of season 8 of 24 to give them a try and thought they were both rather good horror comedies. Jekyll has one of the best gags, dr jekyll enters the room, "now miss, lets see about removing this foreign body"

From out between the girls legs pops a naked japanese guy ranting!

ok...maybe its me, I thought it was funny.

Either way both films look good, noticable grain and the paramount(hiss!) logo is noticably poor quality but definately good looking for their age/provenance.

Supposedly region locked according to the sites I normally check, well their not!! Good thing too, I ordered the skull/man who could cheat death as well, released by the same company (legend films) tragically cant do away with my dvd's as its the 3-film pack with the deadly bees as well!!

Just stumbled upon this on Amazon.co.uk; I'm not 100% sure if this has maybe been posted somewhere here before, so apologies if it has.

Dark Night of the Scarecrow [Blu-ray] [US Import]: Amazon.co.uk: Larry Drake, Charles Durning, Claude Earl Jones, Lane Smith: Film & TV

No actual release date listed, though.

Good spot. I've signed up to be notified when it's available and will then compare prices with North American retailers.

Great price -- I think I'll pre-order that for extra reward points.
