With your hands? Works for me.

It's good to see some cult goodness hitting the BD format. I hope that VCI do a bang up job with Blood and Black Lace and I also hope that BU do revisit their entire back catalogue in HD. That would be great.

From blu-ray.com

Evil Dead 2 (Lionsgate) - November 15, 2011 Pre-order - Page 17 - Blu-ray Forum

Michael Felsher, the producer of the new special features just posted this on his facebook this morning:

"I'll admit its hard for me to be objective in some ways, but having just viewed the new transfer of EVIL DEAD II for the first time, I have to say this lays to waste any version of the film you've ever seen before. Lionsgate really stepped up to the plate for this one. Deep rich colors, natural healthy film grain, sparing use of noise reduction, and practically blemish free. This is the first time the original negative was used to create a home video transfer for this title, and it shows!"

Cool

Pretty sure a restored BLOOD AND BLACK LACE on Blu will be a stunner, the way Bava uses colour should make it pop big time, fingers crossed.

I hope it is region free but suspect it will be locked!

Like with the original I Spit On Your Grave, Anchor Bay/Starz locked the US BD release, but then put out an identical release in Australia, which I've got on its way to me.

That's interesting. Wonder who's right? I'm hoping it's Axel, then I can order it.
