Well, it is a Spielberg movie... Any how, it will always hold a special place for me as I was the right age for it when it was released and made an impression on me.

Again, just my opinion. I also dislike jean pierre junet films and i'm probably in the minority there. Just looked at the pics and thought the packaging looked great, just not a film i'll ever own.

It's undoubtedly a film which people will either embrace and love or just not get it at all, finding the camp comic book aesthetic stupid rather than charming. I'm certainly in the latter category and, as you said, think that credit sequence is almost worth the price of the BD alone!
