Saw the cover for Re-Animator yesterday, not the best of the posters imo. I asked Second Sight about their artwork. Graham Humphreys will be doing new art for it, along with From Beyond and Society.

Second Sight are going to have to hurry up and give a date and even just a bit of specs, or some people might grab this.

Edit: Amazon US has it for a $13 per order!
I had seen this but having read about poor PQ etc., on other recent Image BD's, think I'll wait until we get the Region B release as there's also the possibility that it could be a steelbook release too!

When I first saw TCM2 on a scuzzy quality VHS back in the mid 90's I hated it. I'd just finally acquired a boot of the origional movie (back in the days when I could not legally buy the damn thing before anyone accuses me of promoting piracy) But after returning to the film several times my love for the movie grew and now I actually like it quite a bit. The other posters are correct, don't go looking for a direct sequel to the first movie. The origional TCM has plenty of black humour in it, but its still primarily a scare machine. TCM 2 dosent care about scaring the audience, rather it wants to make them laugh out loud. EVERYTHING in the movie is totally over-the top and out of control, there's gallons of gore everywhere you look and all the performances are as OTT and outragous as everything else in the movie, including a recently sober Dennis hopper who ends up on a rampage after the cannibal family brandishing two chainsaws and spouting scripture. If I didn't know any better this was both Tobe hoopers attempt to kill the franchise and stick two fingers up at everyone who wanted a re-tread of the first movie. Instead he made something totally opposite tonally and a movie that could easily be considered rampantly self-indulgent.

Seriously whats not to love?!

Great news - I'll definitely be up for all of those titles on Blu-ray.

Just a warning to anyone who is thinking about picking the Redemption BD of Burke & Hare up: It's Region A locked.

The first Redemption Blu to be, so far.

How strange. I ordered it yesterday from Amazon Marketplace along with Blood Beast Terror but, as I have a Region A player, it won't affect me too much.

Thanks for the heads up though.

Shit! I've just ordered this too. Why are they suddenly doing this? I have all the Redemption BDs so far, but I won't be 'blind buying' their future releases. Nice way to reduce sales. How clever.

Is The Blood Beast Terror locked?

I don't have that one (yet).

I've ordered it, but it was out of stock, so hasn't shipped yet.

I'll let you know when it arrives, mate.
