I'm the same. I purposely avoided the NOTLD '90 blu, as it was too expensive for a bare bones blu ray for me, and now look what happened. Now I've said to myself, whenever they release a horror from 1970 onwards, I'll buy it, so that means I'll be getting Christine, The Fury, The Blob, and I'm also rather interested in Major Dundee.

The Flint release has extras. May actually get that myself. Can't see it coming out anywhere else.

The owners of blu-ray are basically giving up on the format from the looks of things and not letting other terretories have a go at proving them wrong is just childish.

I've been thinking, someone should make an online petition for a rerelase of Fright Night, and get 3000 maybe 5000 signatures to prove that more people want it. Same with Night Of The Living Dead 1990, as that sold out in Preorder!!

I wouldn't mind if the price reflected the bare bones nature of the discs but it doesn't. It's the principle for me I'm afraid. I don't doubt that all their titles will be released by another label eventually.

Maybe, maybe not. And for somethng like Fright Night, I couldn't wait 3 years....or maybe never. Got to remember, there are hundreds, if not thousands of films that have never even seen a dvd release. People say you've got to be crazy to think that these won't get a wider release later on, I go the other way. And when they don't, and people are sitting there sulking.....i'll be sitting here with the blu-ray
