Granted I assume this is not the kind of film most people would discuss on these forums, but I'm really happy to see Paramount are releasing Franco Zeffirelli's 1968 Romeo And Juliet on Blu Ray in France, Germany, Italy, Japan and a few other countries (except UK and the US of course ) around June and July depending on the territory according to BluRay.com as well as Amazon pre-orders. One of my favourite Shakespeare movies next to Polanski's Macbeth and Kurosawa's Ran.

I believe it hasn't been confirmed yet. However, the other Jess Franco releases by Redemption are Region Free, so yo shouldn't worry

The only ones that havent been are bava titles, pete walker titles and blood beast terror and the asphyx. Basically they only get locked when its a rights issue. I would bet hard cash the franco stuff is all region free.
