From what I recall, Anchor Bay US sub-licensed it from Fox, which means they only had North American rights.

I think there might be rights issues in the UK. I seem to remember Marc Morris saying it was a bit of a a mess a while back. With Shout Factory picking up the rights to some of the old ABUS Fox titles (even the much-fabled Damnation Alley release finally!), I wonder if someone else will get Dellamorte Dellamore there?

Mind you, that's assuming Shout Factory didn't. They might have just not announced it yet but it doesn't seem to fit in their catalogue that well.
