Straw Dogs is getting the Criterion treatment!

Return to the 80s once again with two comedy-horror hits we know you'll howl for. 1985's original TEEN WOLF (starring Michael J Fox) and its follow-up, 1987's TEEN WOLF TOO (starring Jason Bateman) will both be coming out later this Summer as Collector Editions!

No other details to report at this time but extras, newly-illustrated artwork and specs are currently in the works and will be revealed at a later date.

According to Den of Geek, Logan will have an option to watch in black and white.

It's also out on 23rd May... the UK release is July 10th.

I assume this is because of the black and white version of Mad Max. Logan doesn't strike me as particularly benefitting from the same treatment though.

Apparently it echoes film noir. I don't know, i haven't seen it.

Young Warriors

Synopsis: In a conventional teen movie that condemns violence in the dialogue then supplies it in the action sequences, a young woman is gang raped and murdered in a California college town, sparking her brother Kevin (James Van Patten) to take up arms by night with a gang of like-minded vigilantes from his fraternity, brutally punishing any miscreants they catch in a criminal act. In the meantime, Kevin debates the issue of violent crime in the U.S. with his teachers and others during the day. As Kevin and his gang head toward a final, bloody confrontation with the low-lifes who murdered his sister, other scenes show the difference between his character, now violent, and the normal people he is supposedly protecting.
