I also picked up the Slumber Party Massacre trilogy, thought they looked worth a look.

The very same. I read a review on thedigitalbits yesterday that said part 2 was the best one.

The second one is the stand out film in my opinion. It's so way over the top character and kill wise.

I had a Roger Corman triple Bill one (I think) Friday night, watching Forbidden World, Death Race 2000 and Piranha. I actually started off with the DVD of Forbidden World (the extended edition) as it hadn't been that long since I saw the theatrical version on DVD but then watched the theatrical version on Saturday and was amazed by the picture quality. I now have to watch Rock 'n' Roll High School, Humanoids from the Deep and Galaxy of Terror before I can embark on the hours of extra features and myriad commentaries.

It's amazing how many people don't understand that these films are kind of crap and camp which is why they are extremely watchable -- not everything has to be the calibre of Citizen Kane, Vertigo or Battleship Potemkin for it to be displayed on my plasma!
