Watched Vampyr on Sky Arts last night, seen it before, I'll see it again, it's a bonafide classic! Nosferatu tonight!

Also, the Horror Channel seem to be having a massive Hammer series, with 2-3 films a night, so go take a look if your that way inclined

I think i'll be picking up the BluRay soon. (I only purchase BluRay if it's one of my all time favourites or if it's a really good special edition!)

Okay, I made the decision and just ordered it!

well as well as seeing Tenebrae at Dundead, me and mate watched
House of Frankenstein...liked this, felt ending was bit rushed though, great seething from Carradine etc...from the Universal triple bill dvd.
Murder Party....a bumbling no hoper gets an invite to the "party of his life", twas a stretch to call it a "comedy", but some decent claret spillage at end made up for it...if you find it in poundland etc...
Satan's School for Girls...thisll be the remake of the 78 classic (seriously, i love the original, caaaampy and daft) starring Shannon Doherty and a cute looking Julie Benz, this is not recommended unless youre a hardcore fan of either two.

also acquired new Pan Sonic cd...scariest thing of weekend haha.

I watched Kwaidan last night. I haven't seen it for years. It really is one of the very finest horror films ever made. Superb.

The Pyx
Good performances here in this occult murder mystery. Nice print from Scorpion.

Death Will Have Your Eyes
Ok murder / thriller starring Melissa Mell. Pq wise, this must be one of the worst quality dvds I have ever seen ( think of Vipco's Grave Of The Vampire and you will get some idea ). Don't get me wrong, I appreciate that MYA are releasing stuff no one else is, but this is absolutely shocking.

Just finished X-men:First Class and I must say I found it much worse than I expected. The plot was really rushed and in times childish. I'll redeem myself by watching Phenomena right now!!!

I was disappointed by it too, while I like the other X-men movies.
