Zardoz? As in the one where Sean Connery wears a man-kini?

Just wondering if anyone has watched The Boy Who Could Fly (the extra movie on the forbidden planet SE dvd) with Robby The Robot. The post about The Day The Earth Stood Still reminded me of the flick, which is awesome quite liked the remake aswell.

Me three! I should really give the BD another watch as it's been far too long since I last saw this sci-fi classic. I have a tin poster which, if I remember correctly, instead of saying Klaatu Barada Nikto at the bottom, says Klaatu Nikto Barada, which really irritates!

I've seen The Invisible Boy three or four times and, though it isn't a classic like The Forbidden Planet, it's a fun movie which, if you haven't seen it, you should definitely give it a watch.

Yeah, I watched it a few years back after embarrassingly mistaking it for the classic on disc 1 (disks not numbered). I rated it quite highly though but kept thinking aint it in color, then realizing the mistake put in the correct disc. (1st viewing)

ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK - A nostalgic revisit. I like this film more with each passing year. It seems to capture that dystopian early eighties feeling so well, and plays like a hyper stylised mood piece rather than a standard sci-fi actioner. Also great to see two faves of mine, Donald Pleasance and Harry Dean Stanton, sharing the same screen.
