Cabinet of dr. Caligari and Mama Mia both 6/10!!!

I'd Give Caligari 9/10 and Mama Mia 1/10. Just my opinion.

I've never seen the original so thought your stills dated 2005 were from some sort of reboot the original had been given. Perhaps on the lines of Dracula with its Phillip Glass score or something.

Perhaps Argentofan thought the same.

Bram stokers Dracula

Enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would, some good acting and excellent imagery. With some great set pieces and gore, Keanu reeves is totally miscast as harker ,mind probably not as much as Robert de Niro in Frankenstein. Anthony Hopkins has to one of the highlights cutting ham so thick you think he worked in a slaughterhouse. It comes of more as a love story than a out right horror and as usual Gary Oldman gives another fantastic performance and his Dracula is a tragic figure who you feel sympathy for(well I did) 8/10

chernobyl diaries

Not usual a fan of these type of films but this one was ok with a likeable cast and some genuine shocks. But probably something I will not go back to. 6.5/10

Next up spies like us, beyond the darkness and silent night deadly night if enough time

I don't know there was a remake either.

I watched a couple of films recorded from Sky Movies earlier: HairBrained and Penthouse North. HairBrained is distinctly average, one of those films which is best described by the word 'meh', whereas I thought Penthouse North was a bit better than that: a taut and suspenseful thriller with decent performances from Michelle Monaghan and (a rotund) Michael Keaton.
