Event Horizon
The Fly (1986)
Re-Animator
Pitch Black
Slither
28 Days Later & 28 Weeks Later
Invitation of the Body Snatchers (1978)
Cube
Life

I haven't seen Gothic, but I really like Lair of the White Worm and Altered States.
Lol! Minus Re Animator, Slither & Invasion of the Body Snatchers she loves the rest of those! It's just such a shame that I can't find any giallo or italian zombie stuff she likes, I thought everyone would have a soft spot for at least one of those, haha!

I enjoy the film. I have it under the alternate title 'The Monster'.
It does get a bit of a slating but it has a good cast and I find the scenes where Sister Albana (Eileen Atkins) attempts to exorcise the baby quite harrowing.

Not like you, Nos. I expected them at least in alphabetical order.

Genuine question - Was Spider Baby sci-fi? I've only seen it the once and can't recall it as sci-fi.

I really recommend the film Screamers, Nos. An excellent sci-fi horror based on a K Dick story. The sequel is good as well.

That link is blank for some reason. Nothing comes up in the page.
Odd. It's currently £15 brand new on Amazon. Not bad for an oop title. But as I said, eBay might have better deals.

The only reason they are not in alphabetical order is because the Arrow Video releases are grouped, I put the two with Bruce Campbell together, and I have the Blu-ray releases before those on DVD.

I don't think I added the genres, but it's possible the idea of children with a genetic condition would put it into the science-fiction category.

It's been years since I read Second Variety (the book on which Screamers is based) and don't think I've seen the film adaptation, so will put that on my 'to buy' list for when my pile of things to watch has significantly shrink.
