That's true -- it's probably so much fun because it's not mentally challenging or overly scary. I reckon it falls into the category of a 'party movie'.

i really liked Nightmare City, it had this cool Post apocalypse BBC tv series feel to it and its great fun to watch. Although the facial hair on Hugo stiglitz is comedy genius in its self...

Watched ZombieLand last night. Woody Harrelson was fantastic, as was Bill Murray. I loved the slowmotion used during the zombie attacks in the opening credits.....and I really want a twinkie.

Upon first viewing it all looked incredibly real! But then the film was followed by the making of ... terrific effects!

We used to watch these all the time at uni (usually as a marathon). Great post pub viewing. Unfortunately (for me), they don't hold the same charm whilst viewing sober.

Also, Tremors is out on Blu-Ray here soon pedro.

Working my way through the Norman Wisdom Collection. I've already watched The Bulldog Breed, One Good Turn, The Early Bird, Press For Time and currently watching On The Beat. Perfect wholesome viewing for a cold winters night.
