And like that... I've ordered a copy! £17.59 delivered from Amazon.com which isn't bad for a Criterion Collection BD.

there's nothing wrong with watching Night Of The Comet Mercury, it's great film and the fact that it has the lovely Catherine Mary Stuart and the delectable Kelly Mahroney makes it doubley worth the watch.

They seem to have a lot of them at $19.99 at the minute which is pretty good considering conversion rates.

Finally watched Inglourious Basterds. It was OK. An improvement upon Kill Bill and Death Proof, but nothing very special.

The first sequence in the farmhouse was so well done that the rest of the immense and lumbering film could only fall short, really. Presumably this is why it relied upon silliness to try and coast along.

Christoph Waltz was great.

I just rewatched Mother Of Tears. Liked it even more than the first time. Still don't get why the naysayers hate it so much, I think it's tremendous fun and looks fantastic.
LOOKS fantastic??? each to their own....looks like a TVM to me....

Great choice. Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins is another of my favourites. Joel Grey is brilliant as Chun. Remo: "Chun, you're incredible" Chun: "No!.....I am better than that". Always find myself whistling along with the main title theme too.

I do like the fact that they used the original title for the UK dvd. I assume it was changed to Remo: Unarmed And Dangerous outside the US, when it wasn't very successful and there was no chance of a sequel.
