The Hanging Woman
Takes a little while to get going, but once the undead appear, it becomes more entertaining. Actually, it's a shame they don't appear earlier on, as the make up is very effective. Worth watching.

Night Of Death!
Strange goings on at a care home for the elderly in this obscure French shocker from 1980. Atmospheric, creepy and surprisingly gory in places too. Well acted and with a great soundtrack. Recommended.

Yeah definately, along with The Witch Who Came From The Sea, both fairly decent films though, I enjoyed Hugs and Kisses, I'll have to give it another watch at some point as it's been quite a while since I last saw it.

It's no masterpiece by any means but not bad. Completely out of place on the list though. The main reason it was classed as a nasty is due to a scene where the killer has sex with a a girl after he's stabbed her to death.

Strange film really but quite good.

"Drive-In Massacre"
http://www.beardyfreak.com/rvdriveinmassacre.php

Despite having a gore-tastic and satisfying opening murder the rest is almost unwatchable, atmosphere free (it's more accurate to call it "Car Park Massacre") , badly made, tedium.

This is a truly foul pile of putrid matter masquerading as a horror film that serves less purpose on God’s green Earth than a eye burrowing parasite in an African watering hole.

It may have been one of the first true examples of the Slasher sub-genre, that would get honed to perfection a few years later…but being the first crap example of something that would get much better is hardly a triumph to shout about.
Avoid.

Yep after a promising start,DRIVE IN MASSACRE quickly went downhill.
Cracking ending eh?

I started watching JULIE DARLING last night with Anthony Franciosa and Sybill Danning, and from what I've seen so far,is shaping up to be a tasty little 'evil-child' movie....

Just watched Fulci's final film Door into Silence; Despite hearing a lot of negative reviews i quite liked it. John Savage was good in the lead role. Theonly problem with film is it's musoc score; it felt out of place, best suited to a 70's crime thriller. It is way better than other Fulci films like Ghosts of Sodom.

If it wasn't for the use of the F word and some brief nudity it would probably be classified as a PG by the bbfc.

Revisited Terror Eyes (aka Night School)

Very tedious and dates badly.

Yeah I like this too loops. I don't know why it gets such a bad rep.

It's complete lack of violence probably has something to do with it.
